Listing Only - Fixed Fee £50

For a fixed fee of £50, we will list your property on online portals and on our website and collect enquiries as and when they come in.

​

We'll keep in touch updating you on how many views your property has had so we can discuss how well it is performing and ensure it is at its optimum price.

Please note. This is a listing only service so we are not responsible for conducting viewings, setting up of the tenancy or handling any part of the tenancy once it begins. We also usually ask that you provide us with your photos and property description.

In addition to the above you can choose from any of the following services:

• Photography of property

• Organising and conducting viewings on your behalf

• Credit check of tenants

• Full referencing of tenants (including a credit check and Right to Rent Check)

• Tenancy agreement

• Initial registration of the deposit

• Referencing of a guarantor and guarantor deed

• An independent schedule of condition (up to three bedrooms, contact us for a quote on larger properties) 

• A legionella risk assessment

• 2 x routine inspections

• Chasing arrears on your behalf (12 month term)

• Collecting the rent on your behalf (12 month term)
