Over the last few weeks, we have encountered a significant increase in requests for our Listings Only Service as well as our Bronze, Silver and Gold Services. If you’re looking for further information on whether these options are for you, please read on and we'll explain exactly how they work.
For only £50, we are able to list your property on Rightmove, on our website and on our social media channels. We usually ask that you provide us with photographs, a description and if necessary an Energy Performance Certificate. If you are unsure of the rental value to advertise your property at then we are happy to advise on this, free of charge!
The great thing about this approach is that we can do it all remotely, meaning you can be anywhere in the UK and we’re able to help!
Once we begin to receive enquiries, we will send these to you so that you can contact the applicants, ask any further questions you might have and arrange a viewing with them.
If you decide that you would like additional services, including asking us to organise and conduct viewings on your behalf, then we are happy to do this for an additional charge.
Our list of additional services is as follows:
· Photography of property
· Organising viewings on your behalf
· Conducting viewings on your behalf
· Credit check of tenants
· Full referencing of tenants (including a credit check)
· Tenancy agreement
· Initial registration of the deposit
· Referencing of a guarantor and guarantor deed
· An independent schedule of condition
· A year’s rental guarantee insurance
· 2 x routine inspections
· Chasing arrears on your behalf (12 month term)
· Collecting the rent on your behalf (12 month term)
Our Bronze Service enables you to add two items from the list above for an additional £150. If you decide you require more than two, then our Silver Service means you can pick four options from the list for an additional £275. Our highest level of service is the Gold Service, allowing you to add six items from the list for £400. Generally speaking, we have found that this is at a more competitive price than a standard Tenant Find Service offered by traditional agents.
