Can I rent a property if I have pets?

 

It is at the landlord’s discretion whether they accept pets or not. When registering with us please let us know what pets you have and we’ll do our best to match you to a suitable property and landlord.

 

How much is the security deposit I will have to pay?

 

The security deposit is one month’s rent, but we also offer deposit insurance as an alternative. Please contact us for further details.

 

What references will you need?

 

If we are completing references on a landlord’s behalf, then we will conduct a credit check on any potential tenants. We also ask for a financial and a previous landlord’s reference. We try and send references via email where possible to speed up the process and will keep you up to date with every step of the way.

 

How soon can I move into a property after viewing it?

 

If you are keen to move quickly we’ll try our best to accommodate this but it will also depend on how quickly the property can be ready. We always try our best to find a suitable move in date for all parties.

 

Who do I call if I have a maintenance issue I need to report?

 

This will depend on whether we manage the property or your landlord does. Before moving in we’ll advise you who you need to contact when you have maintenance issues or if you have any other questions.

 

What if I’m struggling to pay my rent?

 

Please get in touch with us! If you are open and willing to communicate about the issue then it means we are in a much stronger position to find a way forward for everyone.
